* When visiting Dubai, it is recommended that you should cover up, modest casual wear is acceptable.

Flying with Emirates
* Flying on Emirates A380 was a real treat, the aircraft had alot of space, the service was fantastic and the wi-fi could be downloaded for $1 (which went straight to charity).

Located only 5km from the airport, Deira is the commercial center of Dubai and is a great starting point for your holiday. 

Bur Dubai
This old town was the original heart of Dubai and where the Souks (markets) are located. Shoulders and knees must be covered as the the dress code can be more modest.


Burj Khalifa is the tallest building in the world
* The Dubai Mall is the largest shopping centre in the world
* JW Marriott Marquis is the tallest hotel in the world


Sheraton Dubai Creek
Just a quick ride from the airport, this 4.5 star hotel is great for stop overs and has an excellent restaurant.

Jumeirah has very relaxed ambiance due to many of the beachfront resorts. Also stretched along the beautiful beaches are many bars and restaurants, which create a great night vibe.

The Palm Jumeirah
Located approximately 25 minutes from from Dubai Airport, The Palm Jumeirah is an artificial archipelago with more beachfront resorts, some family friends, and some perfect for romantic retreats.

For something special, stay at the unique 5 star Barb Al Shams  – Desert Hotel. This hotel is located approximately an hour away from Dubai city but offers a true Arabian experience, staying right in the middle of the desert.  


Take the kids to Aqua Park for a few days of adventure. Slide down the scary waterslide or get some thrills on one of the may rides. The Lost Chambers (Aquarium) is a must see! 

Standing over 828 metres tall Burj Khalifa, one of the tallest buildings in the world offers spectacular views of Dubai.

Located inside the Mall of Emirates is where you’ll find Ski Dubai; a 22,500 square metre indoor ski area that offers ski lessons, snow bullet rides and even an encounter with penguins. 

City of Merchants Tour is great to get to know the city more personally. Stop in at the famous Spice and Gold Souk and enjoy shopping with the locals.

Experience 4WD sand dune adventures on a Sundowner Dune Safari. Arrive at your Arabian Safari site, enjoy belly dancing, camel riding and henna design painting before sitting on pillows to feast on a delicious meal.
